Directions:

Use on dry or damp hair. Have a damp towel or cloth ready. Separate Locs into 6 or less sections. Start with one section of the head at a time. Separate the locs in that area to expose the scalp. Move on to the next area and complete this process throughout the entire head of hair then use your hands to apply some to the locs. Use the damp towel to wipe down each loc separately or as a group.
