Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm Permanent Liquid Hair Color with 2 parts 20 volume developer. (You are only buying the toner here, not the developer. Creme developer can be bought at most Australian chemists for around $10.00per 1000ml). Apply to the hair, develop for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if additional depth or gray coverage is needed. Check frequently to see if desired results are achieved.
